I'm having one of those crummy days today. Bad case of homesickness - feeling weepy most of the day. In case I haven't mentioned before, I'm an American married to a Brit and I've been here in England for almost 3 years now. I've enjoyed my stay, but I'm ready to go HOME! I know, I just have to be patient. My hubby has agreed that we will go to live in the States, just not sure when it will happen. So I'm trying not to pout too much! But I sure came close to begging hubby to 'spank the crank' outta me tonight...........

It's nice to see from my counter that there have been almost 700 hits on this blog in just a couple of days. But no one is talking! I know - it's summer and we're all enjoying the nice weather. But I sure could use your feedback. Tell me what you want to talk about. Just click on the comment link below and a box will pop up. Talk to me! I'd love to hear from you.

I can relate to your being ready to go home. I, too, am 3000 miles from home and I am quite ready to go back!

Keep your chin up and hope it happens for you.

Hiya Leigh
Just looked at this site, and see you are kind of new at this blog thing. I wish you luck with this site. What are your articles goign to be about? A wives perspective? Do you and your husband live in the bliss of ldd? If so, for how long? Angel hugs! Francine

Hi Leigh,
It's Phyllis here, your fellow American in England. I'm so sorry to hear that you're homesick! I'm so in love with England, that I can't imagine that happening. Any trips home in the planning stages for you?
Hugs,
Phyllis

Hey Phyllis! Yes, we're going home in January to see our new grandbaby and to make an exploratory trip to Florida to see where we want to live. Probably on the Gulf Coast. I can't wait! I know England is great, but it's just not for me long term.
Hi Francine - thanks for the message! Don't know where this blog is going - just wherever it takes me. We're new to all this so it will be interesting to see how it turns out.

Hi Leigh,

I just found your blog via AngleBrat's
blog. I've enjoyed your writing.
I've only started to travel abroad
and it has given me some feeling
for culture shock and missing the
familiar (homesickness, in short).
So I sympathize. You are, however,
in a country famous for its spanking
fetishists.

I'm in the process of updating
my links page and I've added a
link to your blog on my spanking
stories site's "links page". I
have it posted soon.
